Solid Air is a music group based north of San
Francisco, led by founders Allegra Broughton, and Sam Page, native Californians
who have been performing together for twenty years. "One of the Brightest
Gems of the North Bay". They have
eight albums to their credit, including the excellent Grammy-nominated album on
Jackalope Records, Solid Air: Allegra Broughton & Sam Page. They are
featured on a song on Nina Gerber's recent album, "Good Music with Good
People", which also features Jackson Browne, Eliza Gilkyson, Greg Brown

Barry 'The Fish' Melton's Band,
Barry was one of the
founding members of the Bay Area's Very own "Country Joe and The
Fish" original Acid Rocker's, One of the original Woodstock's Headliners,
Peter Albin, founding member of Big Brother and The Holding Company, Banana from
The Youngbloods, and Roy Blumenfeld has played drums for just about everyone
including; The Electric Flag to Nick Gravenites. This is a list of Who's Who
from the 60's, 70's through today you won't want to miss. All on the same stage
doing what they do best in our very limited seating premier venue.

Fishbear
Fishbear blends many musical styles to create a
unique and exuberant sound incorporating elements of ska, indie,
classic rock, klezmer, jazz, and more. The group is part of a growing
number of bands that meld genres in creative ways... like Beirut, Gogol
Bordello, and Vampire Weekend, which are taking what was once thought
of as 'world' music and making it into something new and exciting.
Fishbear has a seasoned stage presence. Each member of the group has
been performing in bands since their early teens and all are
accomplished on more than one instrument.

Lydia and the band debuted when the Fillmore
was at its peak as one of the nation's musical Mecca's. Owner Bill
Graham was so impressed with Lydia's voice and the sound of the band
that he immediately signed Cold Blood to his new record label. During
the span of six original late-60's, early-70's albums, Lydia Pense and
Cold Blood helped, along with Tower Of Power, forge their own specific
brand of funk/soul and R&B which came to be known as East Bay
Grease. That music still holds up today, proving that great music is
timeless and will continue to inspire generations to come. Lydia Pense
and Cold Blood packed the San Francisco Ballrooms in their heyday, but
that was then and this is now. In the now, Lydia Pense and Cold Blood
still fill halls with cheering, dancing, foot-stomping fans. Far from
fading over the years, Cold Blood has flourished.
